MomentumM was established in 2018 to offer the market an alternative to traditional sales training and coaching. The MomentumM offering is focused on providing what is appropriate for your particular business, resisting the need to implement unnecessary process, procedure and systems. Keeping it simple but applying the rigour and impetus required to achieve results.

How it works

These are uncharted times and a lot of companies would welcome Sales Director level assistance in their business but the significant cost can be a restraint when you are looking to reduce outgoings.

 

At MomentumM, we don't envisage working "on" the business as an adviser, but "in" the business as a partner. We recommend our practitioner is fully involved in all operational sales aspects of your company to ensure that he or she is fully informed, ensuring that any contribution is maximised in line with the expectations of Management at the offset.

The Value

The commercial arrangement and how it is set out is driven and decided by you, the customer. MomentumM will assess your expectations and will determine pre-assignment whether we feel we can meet those targets. We do not operate on a meter reading basis.

Value creation can be rewarded by fixed fees, risk/reward models or agreed retainers. This all depends on what you, the customer, are comfortable with.

Our practitioners can be engaged on anything from 1 to 4 days a week (even on 1 day a week, customers have "out of day" access). Our partners never have more than three assignments running in parallel.

Andy Imrie founded MomentumM in 2018 with the specific aim of providing businesses with a more flexible option for their Sales needs. Andy has 20 years experience in various executive positions, predominantly in senior customer facing roles.

Having previously worked for global organisations such as GE and EY, Andy has spent the last dozen years working with private equity backed companies both in UK and Europe.

Businesses Andy has helped have operated in Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Project Management and Training. International experience encompasses Europe, North America, Africa, Middle East and Asia.
